Refund Policy

At Popular Orthopaedic Hospital, we strive to provide the best possible care and services to our patients. However, we understand that there may be situations where a refund is requested. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions applicable to refunds.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

1.1 Refunds are applicable only under the following circumstances:

  • Cancellation of a scheduled procedure or treatment by the hospital.
  • Services paid for but not availed due to valid reasons approved by the hospital management.
  • Erroneous billing or duplicate payments.

1.2 Refund requests for services already rendered (e.g., consultations, treatments, or diagnostic tests) will not be entertained.

2. Refund Request Process

2.1 To initiate a refund request, patients must submit a written application along with the original receipt or payment proof to the billing department.
2.2 The application should clearly state the reason for the refund request and provide supporting documents if applicable.

3. Refund Review and Approval

3.1 All refund requests will be reviewed by the hospital management to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria.
3.2 The hospital reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests based on the review findings.

4. Processing of Refunds

4.1 Once approved, refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days.
4.2 Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (e.g., cash, credit/debit card, bank transfer) unless otherwise specified.
4.3 Any applicable transaction fees or service charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Non-Refundable Payments

5.1 Payments made for the following are non-refundable:

  • Emergency services.
  • Medications and consumables.
  • Consultation fees once the service is availed.
  • Prepaid or advance amounts for procedures that were not canceled within the required time frame.
